In the unlikely event something is broken in the post I provide a full refund. Please send photos of the broken pottery and the packaging as it arrived to you.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any other reason you can return it for a refund. Please retun it in the original box to the address on the receipt within 30 days.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning items. Please send them via Royal Mails 2nd class signed for service. The original delivery fee will be refunded if applicable.
I cannot accept returns of personalised items.
